How To Return Claim Query for HRD Corp Claimable Courses Scheme and SBL Scheme - Training Provider OR Employer

OVERVIEW

1. Claims query need to be replied to HRD Corp officers after necessary actions have been taken such as attaching the completed documents.
   
2. All query on claims must be replied before claim submission dateline (6 months from training end date)

APPLICATION GUIDE

1) Login to eTRiS account

2) Click Inbox

3) Click Outstanding Action then click File Number

4) Click on Query Details then click View comment and attachment to read on the queries sent by HRDCORP. Then click Basic Info and click Next to proceed to update the query. 

5) Read on the queries and take the necessary action as requested by HRD Corp in Basic Info. 

6) Then return the claim application by clicking Action > Return

NOTES*

1. Claims have been successfully submitted after clicking the  Action > Return button.
   
2. The submission of claims will be reviewed and checked within three (3) working days.
   
3. Letter of approval will be sent via email once the claims have been approved.
