Claim Submitted By Training Provider Cum Employer (Lampiran F)

Training Provider who also registered employer under HRD Corp can submit claim under HRD Corp Claimable Courses (SBL-KHAS) Scheme  to reimburse the course fee for the programme that they conducted as a public programme. 

Training Provider must provide Lampiran F in their claim application together with other compulsory supporting document which is PSMB_SBL-KHAS _JD_14PSMB_SBL-KHAS_T3_01 and Invoice attention to HRD Corp.

Training Provider may download the Lampiran F in the attachment below.
