VETRI MADANI : Contractual Obligations


2.1.4 CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

Who will receive the Letter of Appointment (LOA)?
The LOA will be issued to the first contact person listed in the email provided during the proposal submission.

What is the timeline to accept the LOA?
The appointed party must acknowledge and accept the LOA within fourteen (14) days from the issuance date. Failure to do so will result in automatic rejection.

What does acceptance of the LOA mean?
Acceptance of the LOA indicates full agreement to all terms and conditions stated in the document.


When must approved training courses be conducted?
Approved training courses must commence and be completed within three (3) months from the LOA date.

Can the training duration be extended?
Yes. An extension of up to an additional three (3) months may be granted, subject to approval upon request from the Training Provider.


Is the LOA legally binding?
Yes. The LOA becomes legally binding upon acceptance, and HRD Corp reserves the right to take legal action in cases of non-compliance with the terms and conditions.

Who is responsible for accepting the LOA?
The appointed party is fully responsible for acknowledging and accepting the LOA. All acceptance actions will be deemed authorised by the appointed party.

Is the Training Provider (TP) permitted to conduct marketing and promotional activities?
Yes. All marketing materials and promotional activities must comply with HRD Corp’s branding, communication standards, and approval processes. Use of logos, images, and taglines must follow official HRD Corp guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism.
