How to Apply for Training Provider Cancellation

OVERVIEW:
Based on the Training Providers' Circular No. 02/2022, any training provider registration application with directors or shareholders already involved in currently registered training providers will be queried or rejected. To resolve this, registered training providers can cancel their existing training provider license in order to register the new training provider company.

Required supporting documents
Official letter from training provider company requesting for the training provider license cancellation signed by the owner/director

Note:
Ensure all training provider and employer's claim are completed before proceeding with the application.

The process to apply the training provider cancellation application in e-TRiS:-

(1) Login to the Training Provider’s eTRiS account
(2) Click Applications


(3) Click Profile Management, then Training Provider


(4) Click Training Provider Cancellation


(5) Proceed to fill up and submit the form


Application Submission
  1. The approval process will take 3-5 working days
  2. The new training provider company should register the company with SSM first
  3. Once the new company is registered with SSM and the old company's cancellation has been approved, the new company can proceed to register as new training provider with HRD Corp
