Training Provider Registration Criteria & Documents Required
INTRODUCTION
Benefits of registering as an HRD Corp Training Provider are as follows:
- Ability to obtain reimbursement for their training fees from HRD Corp, provided that the client's company is a levy contributor; and
- Opportunity to partner with HRD Corp's preferred vendors in implementing various training schemes.
REGISTRATION CRITERIA
1. Registered
or
in Malaysia;
- Berhad (Bhd.) / Sendirian Berhad (Sdn. Bhd.)
- Association / Industry-based training centre
- Government / Semi-government Institution
- Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
2. Have a permanent office.
3. The validity of registration is ONE (1) year upon approval
4. The processing fee is RM1,000.00 and an additional fee of RM500.00 will be charged for each branch.

NOTE:
Please be informed that HRD Corp has introduced a new requirement for supporting documents. It is now mandatory to add a cross line on each document copy and write “HRD Corp Use Only” before scanning and submitting them to HRD Corp. This measure is in place to prevent any misuse of the documents and ensure they are solely used for HRD Corp’s purposes.
