How To Apply Cessation

A COMPANY CAN APPLY FOR CESSATION WITH HRD Corp IF:
  1. The company has ceased its operation, wound up, dormant, acquired by or merged with other company.
  2. No levy and interest arrears.
  3. No training conducted after the submission of Form 4.
CHECKLIST FOR CESSATION PROCESS (FORM 4)
Submit the following documents to HRD Corp:
  1. Form 4 (Employer Cessation)
  2. Company account cessation letter from EPF / SOCSO / other government agencies and/ Board resolution and /or
  3. Surat Pembatalan Pengilangan from MIDA or Borang Pemberitahuan Pemberhentian Pekerja 2004 (PK) submit to JTK
  4. Confirm there are no levy and/or interest arrears
  5. Confirm there are no trainings conducted after submission of Form 4 to HRD Corp
