Step 1 - Grant Appeal Application (Manual Submission)

Overview
  1. Employers may request for the grant appeal within one (1) month of the completion of their training programme. 
  2. Employers must submit their appeal manually via email with the complete attachment (soft copy in PDF format)
  3. The appeal will be processed within 14 working days.
  4. Approval of the appeal is subject to the Grant Officer’s consideration. Employers must provide solid reasons or justifications for the appeal in order to be successful. 

Appeal Procedure:

Please submit the following soft copy documents for your appeals process:
  1. Manual Grant Application Form.
  2. Official Appeal Letter with justification. 
  3. Supporting documents that includes: 
  1. Course Content 
  2. Quotation of Course Fee 
  3. Trainer’s Profile and other Required Document(s)

The appeal must be addressed to respective contact details and submitted directly via email. Refer HERE for contact details. 
  1. If the appeal is Approved, the Appeal ID will be generated for the employer to submit their new online grant application. The employer should also check their eTRiS regularly for notification on their appeal status.
  2. The new online grant application must be submitted within two (2) weeks after the Appeal ID is generated. The Appeal ID will expire after the two-week period. 
  3. Employer can refer HERE on how to submit grant application online using Appeal ID.
