Contact Details - Appeal Submission

Important

  1. The appeal application must be submitted to the relevant email address according to the state the company is registered under HRD Corp. 
  2. Employers may appeal any grant rejection within one (1) month of the completion of their training programme. 
  3. Employers must submit their appeal via email with complete soft copies of all forms and documents. 
  4. The appeal will be processed within 14 working days
  5. Approval of the appeal is subject to the Grant Officer’s consideration. Employers must provide solid reasons or justifications for the appeal in order to be successful
  6. Incomplete submission will be rejected.

Login to the e-tris > Application > Levy > Levy Statement > View Levy Statement



Step 2: Please email appeal grant to the provided email address below.
