Guideline for online claim submission National Dual Training System (NDTS)

SKIM LATIHAN DUAL NASIONAL (SLDN)

Overview:
  1. Claims need to be submitted after the approvals of grant and training completion.
  2. Claims must be submitted within six(6) months after training completion
Allowable item and required supporting documents:



Training duration and methodology

1. Duration 

The duration of training is between 1 to 2 years or subject to training duration determined by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK).

2.  Training Methodology
  1. Theoritical and basic skill training (Off-the-job) conducted at training institutions is comprised of 20% to 30% from overall training duration.
  2. Practical training (On-the-job) conducted at sponsoring employers’ premises is comprised of 70% to 80% from the overall training duration
However, the percentage of the ratio can be adjusted depending on the needs agreed by JPK


Steps To Submit NDTS/SLDN Claim For Employers via e-TRis:

(1) Login to Employer’s eTRiS account

(2) Click Applications



(3) Click Claim

(4) Click Submit Claims with Grants


(5) Click Claim at the Action Column
(Only approved grant with completed training will be displayed)



(6) Provide the contact details of the Officer to be Contacted or select Others if the  name is not in the record system and then click Next



(7) Check the details of trainee (the information are pre-populated from Grant application) then click Next



(8) Tick (√) at the claim column, then click Next



(9) 
Please key in trainee’s attendance based on the attendance sheet PSMB/SP/SLDN/T2/08 form 



(10) Check the attendance for each trainee. Repeat step 1-6 to key in attendance for each months of the training


(11) Attach Required Supporting Documents



(12) Fill in the employer declaration and click save & submit

PSMB/SP/SLDN/T3/08 STATEMENT OF APPRENTICE MONTHLY ALLOWANCE FOR NATIONAL DUAL TRAINING SYSTEM (SLDN)



  1. Claims have been successfully submitted after clicking the Save & Submit button.
  2. The submission of claims will be reviewed and checked within four (4) working days.
  3. Letter of approval will be sent to employers via email after the claims have been approved.
