Option 1: Walk-In Submission

Training Provider visits HRD Corp Customer Service Counter and submits complete registration documents.

Option 2: Manual Registration in e-TRiS

Officer performs manual submission and registration entry into the e-TRiS system.

Step 1: Acknowledgement Notification

Training Provider receives an acknowledgement email confirming successful submission.
Step 2: Internal Review and Due Dilligence

Training Provider Unit conducts:

Document verification

Compliance screening

Eligibility validation

Integrity assessment

Step 3: Approval

Application proceeds for management approval upon satisfactory review.
Step 4: Issuance of Master Service Agreement (MSA)

Approved Training Provider receives email containing:

MSA download link

Submission instructions

Stamping requirements

Step 5: Digital Stamping via LHDN

Training Provider to:

Sign MSA

Complete digital stamping through LHDN portal
Step 6: Upload Executed MSA

Training Provider uploads:

Signed MSA

Sijil Setem

Complete scanned agreement set

Step 7: Registration Fee Payment

Payment link issued via email.

Registration Fee

RM1,000

Validity: 1 Year
Upon confirmation of payment and documentation, HRD Corp will issue:

Training Provider Approval Letter

e-Certificate

Access Credentials to e-TRiS system
