Step 1: Acknowledgement Notification Training Provider receives an acknowledgement email confirming successful submission. | Step 2: Internal Review and Due Dilligence Training Provider Unit conducts: Document verification Compliance screening Eligibility validation Integrity assessment Step 3: Approval Application proceeds for management approval upon satisfactory review. | Step 4: Issuance of Master Service Agreement (MSA) Approved Training Provider receives email containing: MSA download link Submission instructions Stamping requirements Step 5: Digital Stamping via LHDN Training Provider to: Sign MSA Complete digital stamping through LHDN portal | Step 6: Upload Executed MSA Training Provider uploads: Signed MSA Sijil Setem Complete scanned agreement set Step 7: Registration Fee Payment Payment link issued via email.
