Levy Payment Procedure



Three (3) Types of Levy Payment

 

      1.     CURRENT LEVY

-          Payment made within stipulated period.

-          Employer Circular 07/2015

-          ETRIS > APPLICATION > LEVY > FORM 2 ESLIP FORM > PAYMENT TYPE (LEVY) – SELECT MONTH > NEXT > NEXT > MAKE PAYMENT

 

      2.     LEVY IN ARREARS 

-          Payment of levy made after the stipulated period.

-          Employer Circular 08/2015

-          Compulsory to submit Form 3 to declare actual amount.

-          ETRIS > APPLICATION > LEVY > FORM 2 ESLIP FORM > PAYMENT TYPE (ARREAR) – SELECT MONTH > NEXT > NEXT > MAKE PAYMENT

 

      3.     INTEREST ON ARREARS

-          Payment made due to late levy payment at a rate of 10%

-          Arrears Payment (RM) x 10% x Number of days late / 365 days

-          The minimum interest is RM5

-          ETRIS > APPLICATION > LEVY > FORM 2 ESLIP FORM > PAYMENT TYPE (INTEREST) – SELECT MONTH > NEXT > NEXT > MAKE PAYMENT
