HRD Corp Placement Centre (HPC) - Registration (Non-HRDCorp Registered Employers only)
If you are a Non-HRDCorp Registered Employer, you can register yourself on HPC by following the below-mentioned steps:
2. Select “Employer” on the Menu. The Employer Login Screen will appear.
3. Click on the “Join Now” button on the Login Page. The Registration Page appears.
You can Register by providing a Valid Email ID , Company Registration Number ( MyCOID ), and other Company related details. Your Email ID and Company Registration number should be unique ( linked with a single account ) .
• Password should have a minimum of 8 Characters with at least 1 Upper case letter , 1 Lower case letter, and 1 Special Character . ( Example : Password12$ )
4. Fill up all the details and read & Agree to the” Terms and Conditions “by checking the Checkbox. Then, click on “Get Started “to Proceed to enter Company Details.
5. The Fields with the * Sign are Mandatory and should be filled before proceeding to the next page.
6. Fill up all the fields and upload your Organization’s Logo . Then, click on
7. “ Create Account “ . The Employer can re-check if all the information filled in is correct and click “Yes” in the confirmation Pop-Up.
8. If Registration is successful, the Browser will prompt saying “Your registration has been done successfully.”
9. After Registration , The Employer must wait for Approval of Account by the Admin. You can only log in to access all functionalities after Approval.
Query Process ( Non-HRDF Registered Employer )
If the Admin had queried the Employer-Profile , there will be an Email sent to the Employer’s Email ID stating the reason for the query . When the Employer-Profile is queried , the Employer can log in and ONLY update their profile and Re-submit.
