To view applicants who applied for a Job post, Select “Applicants” in the Navigation bar. A list of Active Job Posts under the Employer will be displayed.
• Find and click on the body of the Job Post .
• The number of Jobseekers applied and the list of Jobseekers applied can be seen along with the status of each job seeker .
• To view the list of applicants for a Job Post , click on any Job Post card .
• To View Candidate’s Profile, click on any of the listed Candidate’s card.
The following page appears. Here,
• You can view the Candidate’s Profile
• You can View their resume and Video resume if present .
• You can Accept , Reject or Schedule an Interview for the Candidate.
• If accepted or rejected, the status of the Job application can be seen in the Profile.
To Schedule an Interview , the Employer can click on Interview Scheduler.
• A Pop-up appears where you have to key in details of the Interview .
• After filling in all fields , you can click on “Set Schedule”
• The interview schedule will be notified to the Applicant. You can revise this Interview Schedule as and when it is needed.
To HIRE or NOT-HIRE candidate, the Employer can click on the button present in the profile screen as highlighted below.
• You can Hire or Not Hire the candidate.
• If candidate is Hired or Not-Hired , the status of the Job application can be seen in the Profile.
To Invite the candidate for positions posted by Employers, the employer can click on INVITE from the Candidate’s profile page.
Employer can choose the jobs and invite the candidate to apply for the Job by clicking on “Invite Job” button.
Saved Candidate
To view “Saved Candidate”, Click on “Applicants” and then click on “Saved Candidates” in the Navigation bar. The candidate that are saved by the Employer will be displayed.
