HRD-TDF Exemption

1. Overseas Trainer/Guest Speaker: 
 All overseas trainers, regardless of whether they have a TTT/Exemption certificate or accreditation. 

2. Seminar/Conference Speaker: 
Seminar and conference speakers are not required to register their profiles in TDMS. 

3. Inhouse Training:
By Internal Trainer : Any inhouse training that is conducted by internal trainer does not require TTT/Exemption or Accreditation cert.
By External Trainer : Any inhouse training that is conducted by external trainer does require the trainer to have the Pre-Accredited, TDF Exempted or Accreditation cert. The trainer must have the Pre-Accredited, TDF Exempted or Accreditation cert in order to proceed with conducting the training.

4. Government Officer who conduct training within their area of expertise: 
HRDCC Scheme: For any training applications that utilises trainer from government and fall under the HRDCC scheme, trainers must apply for a TDF Exemption before submitting their grant application. The application can be made by contacting tdu@hrdcorp.gov.my. (TTT/Exemption Cert is COMPULSARY)
SBL Scheme: Any application for training that utilises trainer from government under the SBL Scheme are not required to apply for a TDF-Exemption.

5. Subject Matter Expert (SME) Trainer who are appointed by Gov or Association and conduct training within their SME scope:
HRDCC Scheme: For any training applications that utilises SME trainer and fall under the HRDCC scheme, trainers must apply for a TDF Exemption before submitting their grant application. The application can be made by contacting tdu@hrdcorp.gov.my. (TTT/Exemption Cert is COMPULSARY)
SBL Scheme : Any application for training that utilises SME trainer under the SBL Scheme are not required to apply for a TDF-Exemption.
