How To Fill Up and Submit Focus Area and Industry Specific Courses

Introduction

In line with the HRD Corp Allowable Cost Matrix (ACM) implementation, the training courses under the Industry Specific (IS) and Focus Area (FA) category will be channeled to the Industry Experts appointed by HRD Corp for review and evaluation, prior to Course Registration. Thus, the course verification process by the Industry Experts are crucial for HRD Corp to ensure the quality and objective of the IS and FA courses are well aligned with the course content, as well as meet the industry needs and current trends.

How to fill up Focus Area and Industry Specific Courses course details ?






How to access the excel document? 
Training provider must fill up the course details carefully in the excel document (soft copy) which can be accessed via https://hrdcorp.gov.my/program-registration-hrd-corp-claimable-course

Which section contains the compulsory fields?
Sections marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields that must be completed.

How to submit the form? 
Training provider is required to submit this template via the online submission form at https://hrdcorp.gov.my/program-registration-hrd-corp-claimable-course.

When can the training provider expect feedback from HRD Corp? 
Training provider may receive feedback from HRD Corp within 10 working days.

How training provider will be notified?
Course verification team will issue acknowledgement letter to TP respectively to proceed with course registration in e-TRiS.

Is the acknowledgement letter a mandatory attachment for course registration in e-TRiS?
The acknowledgement letter is a compulsory attachment to be uploaded in e-tRis for course registration.

What happen if the submission is incomplete? 
INCOMPLETE submission will be returned to TP by the Course Verification team to request for further information. TP is required to resubmit the amended course template and supporting documents to Course verification team within ten (10) working days.
