How To Sign Up HRD Corp Support Centre


Step 1: Visit to https://supportcentre.hrdcorp.gov.my/portal/en/signup and click sign up 



Step 2:  Fill up your name and valid email address 

Step 3: Enter the text  in the captcha





Upon successful, an email with a conformation link is sent to your registered address.  


Step 4: Please click the link in that email to sign in to the HRD Corp Support Centre




Step 5 : Create your password and click register.

Note :
  1. Password cannot be the same as your user name.
  2. Be a minimum of eight (8) characters in length. 
  3. Password length must not exceed 250 characters



Upon successful register, user will be re-directed to the Manage Profile .

Note :
  1. User able to self update the profile 
  2. User able to change password
  3. The access will allow user to submit ticket for inquiry, compliment and complaint only. 
  4. User able to track the status of the inquiry, compliment, complaint and support resolution provided by HRD Corp. 
  5. The user profile and password for HRD Corp Support Centre is not integrated with the core system of HRD Corp (E-Tris) .
