* Note : 
  1. Once submitted, kindly generate payment slip for the RM300 processing fee. Using the payment slip, please make payment over the counter at any Public Bank Berhad branch.  
  2. Effective from October 2015, HRD Corp no longer issues a hard copy certificate and will only be issuing e-certificate to your registered email.

  3. RM 300.00 is a non-refundable processing fee; please ensure that the trainer meets one of the criteria before submitting the application.

  4. Trainer who has obtained HRD Corp TTT or exemption certificate may proceed to register their profile at TDMS Portal for future accreditation process.
