Guidelines To Attend To Grant Query (All Scheme) - Employer

OVERVIEW: 
-Some grant applications may be queried by the Grant Officer in charged if the information provided are deemed to be insufficient, inaccurate or  unclear. 
-In such instances, employers have one (1) month to respond to the queried grant and resubmit their application. Employers should refer to the Query Remarks in order to accurately respond to the query.   
-Failure to respond to the query and resubmit the grant application will result in the expiry of the application and subsequent rejection.  

APPLICATION GUIDE:
1. Login to your Employer’s eTRiS account. 
2. Click on Inbox.


3. Go to the Work List section on the top left-hand side of your dashboard and click on Inbox.


4. Click on Outstanding Action, followed by the File Number.


5. Open the Grant Application. Amend or update the information at the related tab, based on the Query Remarks.  


6. Attach all supporting documents (if related), click Save, followed by Resubmit.


7. Once the queried grant has been successfully resubmitted, the Grant Officer will evaluate the request within twenty-four (24) hours working days from the date of re-submission.

8. Employers may then wait for the usual grant application approval process to be completed.
