Factor Affect Claim Reimbursement

The factors that will give an impact to claim reimbursement either the claim will be queried, pro-rated or rejected:


Attendance

- The claim will be paid(course fee-public programme) based on the actual number of trainees attended and the actual period of training. If the number of trainees who attended is less than the number approved, the reimbursement amount will not be paid in full

-The following are among the types of allowances that will be affected if the number of trainees present is less than that approved trainee in the grant application:

1. Face-to-face in-house training
-Consumable Training Material (pro-rate basis) 
-Meal Allowance
-Trainee Allowance 
-Air Fare

2. Face-to-face public workshop, conference, or seminar
-Trainee Allowance 
-Air Fare

 Course Fee

  1. The fees will be prorated if less than 5 trainees attended the approved programme for in-house physical training. However, claim will be pro-rated if in quotation fees charged per pax.
  2. Meanwhile for in-house remote online training, the amount will be prorated if the actual number of trainees is less than the grant approval.

Purchase of Equipment

  1. Should not before grant approval.
  2. Need to purchase within 6 months after grant approval date

Citizenship

  1. Trainee is not Malaysian citizen.

Training Period

  1. Trainees must attend at least 75% from the total duration of the training.
