Computer Based Training (CBT) Scheme - (Purchase Software)
Overview
- Employer are applicable to apply for a claim application for the training software that have been purchased (without applying grant).
- Only training software is allowed to claim under CBT Scheme.
- Employer are required to write an email and provide the details to supportclaim@hrdcorp.gov.my for verification before purchased.
Documents required during claim submissions:
- Invoice & Receipt
- Any software details and specification
Steps To Submit HRDCorp Claim For Employers via e-TRis
1) Applications > Claim > Submit Other Claims
2) Please select type of claims – CBT software purchase & click Apply Claim
3) Employer file - Please fill in required information
4) Actual cost of reimbursement - Please fill in required information & documents
5) Employer declaration – Please fill in required information & click Save & Submit
