Steps To Subscribe Digital Coaching

Step 1:  Download MyHRDCORP SuperApp Here 

  1. Register as an Employer or Individual and proceed to Log In.



Step 2: Select Package 
  1. Choose Suitable Provider and Package
  2. Click Digital Coaching and select your preferred coaching provider
  3. Select the Package that best suits your organisation needs



Step 3: Proceed With Payment 

Payment Methods
  1. Direct Levy Deduction or e-Payment (FPX).
  2. No Grant Application Required

Condition for Levy Deduction 
  1. No levy arrears 
  2. No outstanding  interest 
  3. No legal issues
  4. 10% levy balance as of 1 Jan - Referring to Circular No.8/2021





Step 4: Account Creation 
  1. The account creation will be processed within 2-4 weeks. 


Step 5: Start Digital Coaching Session 

Acquire Login Credentials
  1. The chosen provider will email login details to employees
Login Success 
  1. Upon successful login, employees can easily access Digital Coaching via MyHRDCORP SuperApp
